On March 17
th, 2020 Tyreman Group declared an open online tender for the provider/providers of office facilities renting for Tyreman Group - #12 partner of the #R082 project - the Baltic Industrial Symbiosis (BIS) project of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Program 2014-2020. The facilities are to be used to launch the Living Lab and should meet the regulations stated in the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Program 2014-2020 policy. (Program web site

List of facilities and general requirements. For the Living Lab of Tyreman Group - #12 partner of the #R082 project - the Baltic Industrial Symbiosis (BIS) project of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Program 2014-2020 the needs are:
List of facilities: 1. Cold storage warehouse
2. Warm production and storage area
3. An equipped area for organization of growing house
4. Conference hall for individual and group meetings
5. Show room
Fundamental requirements for each facility: 1. Cold storage warehouse – at least 200 sq.m.:
- ceiling height – 2,5 meters at least
- shed gate – 2,5*4 meters at least
- fire-extinguishing appliances
- lightning
- hard flooring (conсrete screed, asphalt or concrete bays)
- security service and video surveillance
2. Warm production and storage area – at least 200 sq. m.:
- ceiling height – 2,5 meters at least
- power delivery – at least 35 kW
- ventilation system
- fire-extinguishing appliances
- lightning
- security service and video surveillance
- Wi-Fi
3. An equipped area for organization of growing house – at least 30 sq. m. with a winter operation option
- power delivery proximity
- water and wastewater proximity
- security service and video surveillance
4. Conference hall for individual and group meetings:
- capacity – at least 20 persons
- presentation kit (a screen and projector or a TV panel), tables, chairs, paperboard or flipchart

Fundamental requirements for industrial facilities: Each facility should locate within the 30 km of a Motorway of the Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region.
Extra criteria would be an advantage: Advantages for industrial facilities are:
- all the industrial facilities from the list mentioned are to be located not more than 500 meters between each other;
- it should locate close to agro-industrial complex companies at most 5 kilometers away;
- handling equipment availability;
- waste bins;
- solid fuel boiler;
- an emergency electric power line
The rent should include all the utility and charges (energy consumption at the level of 490 kW/Day, water consumption for non-production activities, wastewater disposal, heating, security, cleaning, WiFi, fire alarm system, etc.) In case of exceeding of the limit of the listed services consumption, all extras are to be paid by the actual consumption price in according with the Russian Federation regulations.
The evaluation of the applications and determination of the winners would include the following criterial: price, matching the fundamental requirements and matching of an extra requirement mentioned in the list requirements.
